To be eligible for a return, the appliance must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Certain items, such as clearance products or items damaged due to misuse, may not be eligible for return.

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
